"Gregg's office is great at responding when they are selling you something but when there's a question on a claim or if you want to cancel they don't respond. I spoke to someone last week about canceling my policies and was told I needed to confirm via email (which is different that what State Farm states on their website). I confirmed via email 3 times with no response and I texted with no response in over a week. I was a State Farm customer for over 25 years, being assigned to this office was enough to make me look elsewhere. I would NOT recommend."
